Okay, time to re-evaluate!

I have only lost a few pounds and 1/2 inch off my waist, so it's time to STEP IT UP!!! I am going to swim a mile a day, working my butt off. Also, I am having 4 meals a day each less than 400 calories, which leaves me a little room for snacks. Also, I am completely cutting out sugary drinks like soda and gatorade. I will let you know how it goes!
